Press Reviews
Of the scores of traditional musicians who played their way into the
memories of Irish record buyers in the opening decades of the 20th century,
few can have had as adventurous and dramatic a story to tell as a young
Co Longford emigrant, Packie Dolan.
His legacy of records, made in New York in the late 20’s reveals a
highly talented fiddler who ranked with the very best of those times. Contains
his duets with Michael Coleman.
